As one of the few pet friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at The Ridge at Chestnut. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Our Pet Policy

• The Ridge at Chestnut Apartments allow dogs and cats
• Two pets per apartment home
• A pet addendum and vet records are required
• All breeds and weights accepted upon interview

Pet Fees

• 1 pet: $25 monthly pet rent + $300 one-time nonrefundable fee
• 2 pets: $40 monthly pet rent + $400 one-time nonrefundable fee
